Much more than a talk…
This is about making a difference in the lives of the people in the audience.
I learned long ago that the audience is really the star of the show.
I genuinely love teaching and working with the audience, therefore my talks are not full of platitudes. Each topic is built around real actionable steps.
I teach tools that translate into results.
At every event I am committed to giving a powerful talk that is told with humor and insight. Each talk is sprinkled with personal stories about myself and the people in my life. Real life experiences, struggles and lessons that people can
relate to and learn.
Humor is a central player in every talk. Humor permits me to tackle even the toughest issues. Humor also allows the audience to go deeper and get more from the conversations.
When I speak, it is about being engaged in a conversation with the audience.
A client told me that sometimes the conversation with the audience feels so intimate that it feels like we should be sitting on big comfy couches, with a steaming cup of coffee in our hands.
It is my belief that everyone brings something to the room and together we can make magical things happen.

Most Personal Development Programs are Created for Men
but are Sold as One-Size-Fits All to Women.
The majority of growth and development is created for men and designed to solve men's problems. Period. That is simply a fact.
We know historically this is how most research has worked.
Decades after heat attack research was published we found out that that the findings only applied to men, and that women's medical symptoms for a heart attack were different from men's. We just recently found out that seat belts
were tested only for the male species. And what about all the money that has been poured into the blue
little pill? But, oops, we forgot to study menopause.
The list of things women are excluded from in research is looooong. And personal development is not excluded from this list.
And how do we know this? Because men and women are raised with vastly different societal rules and obstacles when it comes to owning their personal power.
And yet, most growth and development programs are delivered in as a "one size fits all" format
If the problems are different, it would only make sense that the solutions are different.
The differences are seldom addressed from the stage.
